Key renewal disclosure: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically and the payment method on file is charged at the start of each new billing period unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal charge is processed.
Scope and Merchant of Record
This policy applies to subscriptions for Swingistry Golf, a Windows software product developed and licensed by Boomers Greens LLC. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment processing, invoicing, applicable transaction taxes, subscription administration, payment recovery, and refunds processed through its platform. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to the payment transaction. Boomers Greens remains the licensor and provider of the Software and product support.

Active-PC allowance
A $10 one-time setup fee is charged for each new subscription at initial checkout. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be added at checkout based on the transaction and customer location. The checkout and Order show the amount due before purchase and control if a custom written offer applies. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout.
Subscription Start and Access
The subscription begins when the initial payment is successfully processed, unless the Order states another start date. A license key is generated through Lemon Squeezy and remains subject to the subscription lifecycle and purchased activation allowance. Access also requires acceptance of the End User License Agreement and compliance with the Terms of Service.
Automatic Renewal and Authorization
By purchasing a subscription, the Customer authorizes Lemon Squeezy to charge the selected payment method for the initial price, the one-time setup fee, applicable taxes, and each recurring monthly or annual renewal charge until cancelled. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year. The renewal date and current amount are shown in the applicable Lemon Squeezy account, portal, receipt, invoice, or renewal communication.
Renewal continues at the then-applicable authorized price unless cancelled. Any price change will apply only as disclosed and permitted by applicable law and platform rules. Promotional or discounted pricing applies only for the period and conditions stated in the offer.
How to Cancel
1. Open the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal or My Orders account using the email address used at checkout.
2. Select the Swingistry Golf subscription and choose the available cancellation option.
3. Complete the cancellation steps and retain the platform confirmation showing the cancellation and end date.
If the self-service cancellation option is unavailable or you cannot access the purchase email account, contact support@boomersgreens.com with the order email and enough information to verify the subscription. Boomers Greens will reasonably assist with locating the subscription or routing the request. To avoid the next renewal charge, begin and complete cancellation before the platform processes that charge. A request sent close to the renewal time may not stop a charge already initiated or completed.
Cancellation confirmation: Cancellation is complete when Lemon Squeezy or the applicable billing portal confirms it. Merely uninstalling the Software, deactivating a computer, not using the Software, or sending a message without completing the cancellation process does not by itself stop recurring charges.
Effect and Timing of Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription and license generally remain valid through that end date. At expiration, the license key may expire and the Software may stop authorizing use. Cancellation does not retroactively reverse a charge that was validly processed before cancellation.
The Customer may resume a cancelled subscription during the remaining paid period if Lemon Squeezy makes that option available. After expiration, a new purchase or reactivation process may be required. Plan changes, upgrades, downgrades, prorations, credits, and billing-date changes are governed by the options and amounts shown in the Lemon Squeezy portal at the time of the change; no proration or credit is promised unless shown or confirmed in writing.
Refund Policy
Because Swingistry Golf is delivered as digital software with license access made available after purchase, subscription charges, renewal charges, and the $10 setup fee are generally final and non-refundable after the transaction is completed. Boomers Greens does not provide refunds or credits merely because the Customer did not use the Software, forgot to cancel, no longer needs the Software, experienced an event cancellation, or failed to meet system, connectivity, or operational requirements. No partial-period or prorated refund is promised for cancellation, downgrade, or termination.
Exceptions may be considered when required by applicable law, for a verified duplicate or incorrect charge, or when Lemon Squeezy determines that its buyer terms or merchant-of-record obligations require a refund or other remedy. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds at its discretion under its policies. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable legal rights.
A refund request should be sent promptly to support@boomersgreens.com with the order email, order number, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not include full payment-card information. Boomers Greens may request reasonable verification and will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy where needed. Approval is not guaranteed. If approved, the refund is processed through the merchant of record to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider timing.
Setup Fee
The $10 setup fee is charged once when each new subscription is started. It is separate from the recurring plan price and does not recur on ordinary monthly or annual renewals. It is generally non-refundable after the purchase is completed, subject to the same legal, duplicate-charge, incorrect-charge, and Lemon Squeezy exceptions described above. Starting a later new subscription may trigger a new setup fee.
Failed Payments, Recovery, and Dunning
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy or the payment provider may retry the charge and send payment-update or dunning notices according to the platform, payment method, and store settings then in effect. During recovery, the subscription may be marked past due and may remain temporarily usable. If payment is not recovered, the subscription may become unpaid, expired, suspended, or cancelled, and the license key and Software access may be disabled without a separate refund.
The seven-day offline grace period in the Operator Manual is designed for temporary Internet loss on an otherwise valid subscription. It does not postpone payment, extend a billing term, or create continued rights after an unpaid, expired, refunded, disabled, or terminated subscription. The Customer is responsible for keeping billing information current.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@boomersgreens.com or Lemon Squeezy promptly so the issue can be investigated. A chargeback or payment dispute may cause the related subscription, license, downloads, or account access to be suspended while the matter is reviewed. Fraud, chargeback abuse, or reversal of a legitimate charge may result in termination and collection of amounts lawfully owed. This section does not limit a right to dispute a charge that cannot lawfully be waived.
Taxes and Receipts
Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes and provides electronic receipts or invoices. Tax treatment depends on location and information provided at checkout. Customers seeking tax-exempt treatment or correction of tax information must follow Lemon Squeezy's then-current process and provide requested documentation. Boomers Greens does not promise that every purchase qualifies for exemption or refund of tax.
Order of Terms and Changes
The Order controls the selected plan, billing period, price, and activation allowance. This policy controls Boomers Greens' subscription, cancellation, and refund position. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and platform records control payment-processing mechanics and any merchant-of-record determination. Boomers Greens may update this policy prospectively; material changes will not retroactively remove rights already required by law.
Governing Law and Contact
This policy is part of the coordinated Swingistry Golf customer terms and is governed by Ohio law to the extent the dispute concerns Boomers Greens or the Software, subject to mandatory law and any separate Lemon Squeezy buyer terms governing the payment transaction.
